Aayushi Khurrana shares that portraying Reet helped her understand the deeper meaning of love. The actress says, "I got married to my partner Suraj within just a month of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile going on air. It felt almost surreal. Whatever Reet was going through on screen, I was experiencing similar emotions in my real life too. Portraying Reet made me understand that love is not just about big gestures; it's about patience, understanding, compromises, and choosing your partner every single day."
She further added, "Reet prioritises her family no matter what, and somewhere that stayed with me. It made me value my relationships more deeply and believe even more in love and marriage."
Talking about the current storyline, the show is focusing on how Reet, despite several attempts, failed to stop Unnati's wedding as she could not reveal Vikrant’s true face. She also failed to make her brother Dhruv understand that Kriti may not be the right partner for him. Meanwhile, as Reet and Raghav are soon going to become parents, the recent chaos has added more emotional drama to their lives.
